The more you play on r99, the more you unlock. Four membership tiers — Bronze to Diamond — each loaded with cashback, bonuses, faster withdrawals and dedicated support built for Pakistani players.
Four levels of rewards — your tier advances automatically based on your activity.
Bonus amounts and cashback percentages are promotional. Wagering conditions apply. r99 does not guarantee profits on any game or bet.
Benefits that make a real difference — not just numbers on a page.
Every week, a percentage of your net losses is returned directly to your r99 balance — no complicated redemption process. The cashback rate increases with your tier, going from 5% at Bronze all the way to 18% at Diamond.
Gold and Diamond members get faster withdrawal processing. Diamond VIPs have their cashouts treated as top priority — meaning your PKR reaches your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account ahead of the queue.
Gold and above get their own account manager who knows your preferences and can handle queries, bonus claims and account matters quickly. Diamond members get a named personal VIP Host available around the clock.
As your tier rises, the reload bonuses available to you grow significantly. Silver members unlock PKR 15,000 reloads; Diamond players can access bonuses up to PKR 100,000 — with bespoke offers tailored personally to them.
Gold and Diamond members gain access to exclusive live casino tables with higher betting limits and a more intimate setting. Blackjack, Baccarat and Roulette — with real dealers streaming in HD — at stakes that match your level.
Silver members and above get access to invitation-only slot tournaments and special betting events — including cricket-themed competitions during PSL season and T20 internationals — with prize pools paid out in PKR.

Loyalty means something on r99. The platform was designed so that players who keep coming back are genuinely rewarded — not just with small tokens, but with meaningful benefits that actually improve the experience. The VIP programme is the centrepiece of that. From the moment you create your account, every deposit and every game you play contributes to your tier progression.
r99 uses a straightforward activity-based system to assign and advance VIP tiers. You start at Bronze automatically when you register and make your first deposit. As your cumulative wager volume grows over time, the platform advances your tier. There's no complicated points conversion or hidden formula — the system is designed to be transparent so you always have a sense of how far you are from the next level.
Tier reviews happen on a regular cycle, and if you've been playing consistently, you'll typically see your tier updated without needing to do anything manually. If you ever have questions about your current status or how much activity is needed to reach the next tier, the r99 support team can walk you through it — and at Gold and Diamond levels, your account manager handles exactly these kinds of conversations.
Out of all the benefits in the r99 VIP programme, the weekly cashback is the one players tend to appreciate most — because it's reliable and straightforward. At the end of each week, r99 calculates your net gaming losses and returns a percentage directly to your account balance. There's nothing to claim, no minimum threshold to hit manually. The funds simply appear.
At Bronze, the cashback rate is 5% — already a meaningful return if you've had an unlucky week. By the time you reach Silver it's 8%, Gold bumps it to 12%, and at Diamond you're getting 18% of your weekly net losses back. For regular players, this can amount to a substantial sum over the course of a month, making the overall cost of entertainment on the platform considerably lower than it might appear at first glance.
The cashback is credited in PKR and can be used across the entire platform — sports betting on PSL matches, slots, live casino tables or any other game in the lobby. There are wagering conditions attached, which are clearly outlined in the VIP terms, but the structure is designed to be fair and not overly restrictive.
Alongside cashback, each r99 VIP tier comes with access to larger deposit bonuses. Bronze members get the welcome package worth up to PKR 5,000 — a solid starting point. As you move up, Silver unlocks reload bonuses up to PKR 15,000, Gold takes it to PKR 40,000, and Diamond members can access personalised bonus offers up to PKR 100,000.
The higher tier bonuses aren't just bigger in PKR value — they also tend to come with more flexible terms, since r99 recognises that regular high-activity players need bonus structures that work within their natural playing patterns rather than against them. Diamond-level bespoke promotions are crafted specifically around how each individual player uses the platform.
One practical benefit that players notice immediately when they hit Silver is the change in withdrawal speed. Standard requests at Bronze are processed normally, but Silver members and above move up the queue. Gold members get priority processing, and Diamond VIPs have their withdrawals treated as urgent — meaning your PKR reaches your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account or bank as quickly as the payment provider allows.
For players who regularly withdraw winnings rather than keeping a large balance on the platform, this is a genuinely useful perk. Not having to wait around wondering when your PKR 30,000 is going to land makes the whole experience feel more professional and trustworthy.
At Diamond level, the experience on r99 moves into a different category entirely. Rather than interacting with general support, you're assigned a named VIP Host who handles your account. They know your history, your preferences and the kinds of bonuses that are actually relevant to you. If you want a specific promotion adjusted, a faster withdrawal processed, or just a straight answer about something on your account — your host handles it directly, without you having to go through the standard support queue.
This kind of personal service is rare even on established international platforms, and it's one of the reasons players who reach Diamond tend to stay active on r99 for the long term. It creates an experience that feels genuinely valued rather than just transactional.
r99 is particularly active during Pakistan Super League season and T20 international windows. VIP members get access to cricket-themed promotions and bonus offers that are designed around the biggest matches in the calendar. Silver and above members can enter exclusive cricket betting tournaments during PSL, with prize pools paid out entirely in PKR. Diamond members can expect personalised offers tied directly to fixtures they bet on regularly.
This isn't generic promotional content — it's built around what Pakistani players actually care about. If you're the kind of person who follows cricket closely and likes to be on the platform during a big match, the VIP programme directly rewards that behaviour.

Real experiences from players across Pakistan who've climbed the tiers.
"I hit Gold tier during PSL season and the difference was immediately obvious. My account manager sorted out a reload bonus within minutes of me asking, and my withdrawals to JazzCash started landing in under ten minutes. The cashback alone has saved me a fair amount of PKR over the months."
"The weekly cashback at Silver level is what keeps me coming back to r99. I play slots regularly and having 8% of my losses returned every week is a real comfort. The exclusive slot tournaments are fun too — won a decent prize pool in PKR last month during a live event."
"Reached Diamond on r99 after about six months of regular play. The VIP Host is genuinely helpful — not just a name on a screen. They've arranged custom promotions for me tied to specific cricket series I follow. The 18% cashback at this level makes a meaningful difference when you're an active player."
