Terms and Conditions – r99 Betting & Casino Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all use of the r99 platform, including the website at r99.vin, any mobile-optimised versions of the site, and all services offered through the platform such as sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and the VIP programme. Access to and use of r99.vin constitutes full acceptance of these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. r99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use r99, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. r99 is strictly an adult platform and we do not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of online betting or casino platforms is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of r99 or any of its affiliated companies.
• Only hold one account on r99. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

r99 may request identity verification documentation at any time during the registration process or at any point thereafter, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure. This is a standard procedure to protect users and maintain platform integrity — it is not optional.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r99 account login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or any account access details with any other person. r99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify r99 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account until such time as you report a security issue and we take action to secure it.

• Keep your contact email and phone number up to date so we can reach you about account activity.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account under any circumstances.
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session.

r99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, multiple registrations from the same device or IP address, or any behaviour that suggests a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on r99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. There are no currency conversion charges because all transactions remain in PKR from start to finish.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your r99 wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• r99 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal if a deposit was made from an unverified source.

r99 does not accept deposits made using cryptocurrency, prepaid cards not registered to the account holder, or any payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account user. Deposits found to have originated from prohibited sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending review.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer withdrawals.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. r99 may request a copy of your CNIC or other official identification before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed within a few minutes once approved on our end.
• Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals are typically completed within one to three business days, subject to your bank's processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Any bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• r99 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

r99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if the account has not completed identity verification, if there is a pending investigation into account activity, or if the withdrawal would breach any applicable bonus wagering conditions. In such cases, we will communicate the reason to you via your registered contact details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

r99 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. Creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, and other game types may have different contribution percentages. These are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse: r99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play.

7 Sports Betting Rules

r99 offers sports betting on Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), Football (Premier League, La Liga, Champions League and other competitions), Esports, Tennis, Basketball and further markets. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the platform and you have received a confirmation reference. Bets not fully processed due to technical errors are void.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or if there is a material error in the odds due to a technical or data feed issue. Voided bets are returned as stake to your wallet.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play odds update continuously. Bets placed during live events are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of real-time information advantages.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within each betting market and vary by sport and event type.
• Cricket & PSL: For PSL and international cricket matches, standard cricket betting rules apply. In the event of a match being shortened due to weather, the result stands if the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied and an official result is declared. Abandoned matches with no official result are treated as voids.

r99 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict market access, or close betting accounts in cases where it identifies irregular betting patterns, professional or syndicated betting activity, or other behaviour inconsistent with recreational player use.

8 Casino & Slots

Casino games, slot games, and live dealer tables on r99 are provided for entertainment purposes. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, with real cards and roulette wheels managed by human dealers streamed in real time. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is determined by the game provider and is stated in the individual game information panel.
• Game malfunctions — including software errors, connection drops, or data feed failures — void all game rounds affected and stakes are returned to the player's wallet.
• Players may not use any external tool, software, or technique to influence game outcomes. Attempts to do so will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Live casino table limits (minimum and maximum bets per round) are displayed within each live dealer game interface before joining.

r99's game library is updated regularly with new slot titles and live casino content. Availability of specific games may vary from time to time due to provider maintenance, regional restrictions, or platform updates. r99 is not liable for temporary unavailability of specific games.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on r99 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Registering more than one account (either under your own details or using another person's identity).
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party or allowing another person to use your account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches in games or the betting platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Using VPN services or other tools to mask your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards r99 support staff or other users.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.

10 Responsible Gaming

r99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Betting and gaming are entertainment activities and should always be kept within personal limits that are comfortable for you. We encourage all players to approach gaming as a form of leisure rather than a source of income.

• Set a Budget: Decide in advance how much you are comfortable spending in a session or over a period of time, and do not exceed that amount.
• Set Time Limits: Take regular breaks and avoid extended gaming sessions without rest.
• Do Not Chase Losses: If you lose, resist the urge to place larger or more frequent bets in an attempt to recover. Losses are a normal part of gaming.

12 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

• r99 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions, or data feed errors beyond the return of stakes for affected bets or game rounds.
• r99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from your use of the platform.
• You use the platform at your own risk. Betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk and you should only ever wager amounts you can afford to lose.
• r99's total liability to any individual user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

r99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
